Before & After Case Study
This ocean front home in Portsmouth looked beautiful when it was first built but was finished with interior trim board and with vinyl that left the wood underneath exposed to the salty air and harsh conditions of the marine environment. We went in and closed-in the room up top and turned it into a home office with a view! We put in a custom cut, arched window and created a third level patio with sliding glass door. Then we replaced all of the trim with PVC and sealed in the entire exterior with custom lead plating over the stone finish work. Check out the results!
